You worked out with him
How did that come about ?
You’ve got to be simple
You’ve got to work on your craft
Think outside the box
You should always be a kid
You always want to learn
You ask questions
I was there 3 hours before him
I look up to Kobe Bryant
I’m here because I want to be better
A book that will be a best seller
That’s not going to be true to myself
Because at the end of the day you will not always remember everything they tell you
When you write it down you can always go back to it
What’s it like to try an extreme sport, for the first time? This wild man isn’t afraid to show you. (Ok, maybe he’s a little afraid.) Jonny Moseley travels to Lone Pine, California in the Sierras to get a lesson from his buddy, Red Bull sponsored slacklining champ, Alex Mason.
Pro-skater Bob Burnquist has done turns on almost every surface imaginable, including a floating skate ramp on the crystal-blue waters of Lake Tahoe. Surrounded by majestic peaks, this High Sierra gem is definitely one for your bucket list. Winter and springtime snow lets you carve it up at world-class alpine resorts, while summer brings out the water toys—sailboats, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and more.
Stefanos Tsitsipas beat Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut in four sets to continue his superb run in Melbourne and reach the Australian Open semi-finals.
At 20 years and 168 days, Tsitsipas is the youngest man to reach the last four of a Grand Slam since Novak Djokovic at the 2007 US Open.
The Greek 14th seed won 7-5 4-6 6-4 7-6 (7-2) in three hours and 15 minutes.
He will face 2009 champion Rafael Nadal in the last four after the Spaniard beat unseeded American Frances Tiafoe.
“It all feels like a fairytale almost. I’m just living the dream, living what I’ve been working for,” he said.
“I feel a bit emotional but not too much because I know I really worked hard to get here.”
Tsitsipas became the first Greek player to go beyond the fourth round of a Grand Slam when he knocked out six-time champion Roger Federer to reach the quarter-finals.
He is the youngest man to reach the last four in Melbourne since Andy Roddick in 2003. [BBC.com]
