RECIPE

Baklava

  • 120 g pistachio nuts, shelled and finely chopped
  • 60 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 60 g pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 sheets of phyllo dough (450 g)
  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 400 g brie cheese, rind removed

Syrup

  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 200 g honey
  • 100 ml water
  • 20 g pistachio nuts, shelled and coarsely chopped
