Baklava
- 120 g pistachio nuts, shelled and finely chopped
- 60 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 60 g pecans, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 10 sheets of phyllo dough (450 g)
- 250 g butter, melted
- 400 g brie cheese, rind removed
Syrup
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 200 g honey
- 100 ml water
- 20 g pistachio nuts, shelled and coarsely chopped
